Ⅰ. Operational efficiency improvement techniques
(1)Accurate fork positioning
- When picking up pallets, the forks should be horizontally aligned with the pallet holes to avoid collision and deformation. Longer goods should be evenly distributed between the two forks, and the center of gravity should be shifted back 5-10cm to improve stability.
- When reversing to load or unload goods that block the line of sight, it is recommended to equip auxiliary personnel to direct, speed ≤ 5km/h
(2)Strategies for driving on slopes
- Empty vehicle downhill need to drive in reverse, fully loaded uphill should be driven in the right direction, prohibit sharp turns on the slope. Prohibit neutral coasting when the gradient is ≥5%.
(3)Rhythm control of loading and unloading
- Keep the gantry tilted back when the goods are lifted, and the forks need to be lowered to 20-30cm from the ground before moving after loading and unloading to avoid cuts and scrapes.

Ⅱ,equipment maintenance and energy saving skills
(1)Daily maintenance focus
- Check the hydraulic oil level, tire pressure (no-load tire pressure is recommended 3.5-4.0bar) and chain lubrication every day, clean the radiator screen every month.
- Lithium forklift batteries need to be cooled for 30 minutes before charging to avoid charging at high temperatures and damaging battery life.
(2)Power saving mode optimization
- Reducing rapid acceleration/sharp braking and smooth driving can reduce energy consumption by 15%. Turn off lights in time after night operation, equipped with automatic power-off system is better
- Regularly clear wheel wraps (e.g. plastic film, wire) to reduce rolling resistance
Ⅲ,Safety Code Points
(1)Driving prohibited area warning
- Forks are strictly prohibited to carry people, and it is prohibited to stand people within 2 meters radius when lifting and lowering. Sharp turn speed should be ≤3km/h.
- Fuel forklifts need to be kept away from open fire areas, engine temperature ≥ 90 ℃ immediately stop the machine for investigation.
(2)Fatigue Driving Prevention and Control
- It is recommended to take a 15-minute break after 2 hours of continuous operation. Some intelligent forklifts have been equipped with heart rate monitoring seats, which will automatically alarm you when abnormal.
